The turbo mounting looks good. Typically Turbonetics doesn't recommend using any oil restrictor on their turbos. I would get it running for a bit and see if you continue to get oil out of the compressor side. If you do we'll need to start looking at the turbo itself to see if there is an issue but that little oil may just be from the production process.
