Hey Robert,
I decide to go with the HP70's w/F1-68 turbine, I figure it's in between the 66's and the 72's, so i'm splitting the differance between the two which i feel isn't too small or too big. I could go around and around all day so this should still give me close to what I'm looking for and still a good size jump up from the 60-1's. Your last and final wisdom please...
