Default Best oil?

I can't search for "best oil" because the terms are too short! Anyways I have a honda prelude that Im boosting with a t3/t4 and I live in the cold state of Washington. I was wondering whats the best oil to use? Or if someone knows of a thread that discusses this I would much appreciate it! Thanks
