Oil Cooler
ok guys who uses an oil cooler on their turbo cars??
i think wen running aftermarket turbo kits its essential for an oil cooler 2b installed on ur car.
wats ur opinion on oil coolers????

The 350Z has a factory one that pumps engine coolant through the oil filter moutning ring to cool the oil but I agree for tracking a standalone oil cooler is a good idea. that being said i don't run one. Yet...

ye im running a 19 row oil cooler.
i run high boost so its essential 2 keep temps down and stop srinkage of shells and bearings on the bottom end and oil pump damage due 2 high temps.

Are you running a wet or dry bearing on your turbo. I may be switching to a wet bearing unit soon to see what it does to oil temps...

From what I have seen data wise and talking to the R&D guys at Turbonetics you can drop bearing temps over 300 degrees Farenheit just by running a wet bearing...

Well just so you know the GT-K turbos have a wet bearing option as well

if i went for the GK-T 350 ballbearing turbo (just the turbo)
wat would i be looking at??

MSRP is $2049 USD. Thats MSRP of course. Most dealers sell below that. Probably more like $1800 USD. But best bet is to call a dealer and get a price quote. The banners at the top of the site have some vendors you can look at to get a price quote...
