Default Turbonetics Warranty Question

Here, is a tough question. I have a friend with a turbonetics kit for a 350Z. He loves modifying his car, and unfortunately from time to time, leaves the car in his yard with only a cover on it and the hood unlocked. Well as luck would have it, the section of pipe from the intercooler up to the intake and all the way to the throttle body was stolen. Now he can't drive until he gets one made, or replaced. I told him that the Turbonetics kit was guaranteed for the entire first year of ownership, and I was bragging about the great customer service and advice that I myself have received.

The Big Question? What can you guys do for him in this situation? Is it posible to provide him with replacement parts which would include a new blow off valve and intercooler piping???

I remember reading (I believe on this forum), where people who have suffered blown engines or even crashed and have had great success in obtaining replacement parts from Turbonetics Free of charge. Please let me know as soon as you can.

I can't really say for sure what could be done. His best bet is to call Customer Support 805-581-0333 and ask for Reggie the Service Manager and see what he can do. No gurantees. Is his screen name on my350 six3mike?

I wouldn't want to blow up anyone's spot. But that was a really good guess Robert. I'll give my friend the number thanks.
