Default SpecV Turbo kits arrived, heat shield not included in packge

My long awaited 02-03 Spec V kits has arrived. All the parts are there but one, heat shield (P/N: 31040) is not included in the package. This part is mentioned in the installation manual as an included part.

Has this part now become optional since the instruction was first published?

Nope it should have been in there. Call Customer Support at 805-581-0333 on Monday and they can get one out to you ASAP. I'll follow up with the Prjoect Manager on Monday as well to make sure they check any other kits for those...
