t3, berring housing thread type, pitch, and size for wet kit
Does anyone know what thread type, size, and pitch that the water inlet and outlet ports on a t3 berring housing with the wet kit? I want to make sure to get the wright type banjo fittings. any info would be gr8. My turbo is out of the car (SPEC-V) to be rebuilt and i have the hoses tied into the heater and want to get everything ready so i will not have any more delays![img][/img]

Those are -16 AN Banjo Bolts. You can order a water line kit from Turbonetics with all the parts you need to set this up.

I believe its just a 16mm banjo bolt. The kit which includes banjo bolts, fittings, washers, lines, etc is $100 if I recall correctly. But you should contact a vendor for accurate pricing.

The turbo arived and the wet kit ports are 16x1.25mm banjo fittings. Add 10' of 5/8 heater hose 2 5/8 T fittings 8 - 5/8 hose clamps some heat wrap on the hose closest to the turbo (6" or so) and cut into your heater hose that feeds the heater core in and out. 1 to 1 side of the berring housing and 1 to the other side. And i think that will work.

I'm not sure what the kit consists of. I did not buy the Turbonetics wet kit. I think the kit is around $135.00. I am building my own. I do know for sure that you need 10' of 5/8ths high temp heater hose 2 5/8ths barbd Ts 8 hose clamps and I'm having problems finding a 16x1.5 banjo fitting that is 5/8ths ID. So I'm going to have to get creative. There are 2 hoses that run into your heater core. 1 is pressure and 1 an drain. I do not think it matters wich 1 you plumb into wich side of the turbo as long as you hook both up (1 to the hose going into the heater core and 1 into the hose going out) I belive (facing the car) the 1 on the left is the pressure side and the other goes to the radiator. Hope this helps you. sorry about spelling

The kit comes with all the banjo fittings, washers, tee fittings, Stainless braided water lines etc. At this time there are not any released instructions for the Spec V. They are still being finalized but as mentioned above you can use the tee fittings to tap into the heater core lines. Theres a great write up stickied in the Tech Support Forum. Its for a 350Z but you can get the idea of what needs to be done.
