Default Which size turbos?

I have a 383 ( Dart block, all foged internals,AFR 225 heads,8.5 to 1 compression ) which I am going to run a twin turbo set up. My goals are to achieve 1400RWHP when I take it to the track. I was considering either a pair of 70mm or 76mm turbos, but a friend of mine has a pair of new 68mm ( BB units ) he wants to sell to me at a very good price. He is selling them for financial reasons and he is willing to take a $700 lose on what he paid for them, just a month ago. My question is would I reach my RWHP goals with the 68mm's and if not what size mm's would you suggest I go with?
Thanks

Those two turbos might get you close to 1400 RWHP but I don't think you'll get there. For reference a 66mm compressor has a peak flow of 72 lb/min. A pair would get you to about 1400-1500 Crank HP maybe a bit less depending on the efficiency of the setup. I don't think you can get to your target with less then a 70mm..
