2 step rev limiter question
when I use my 2 step, it starts to POP real loud out the exhaust. It only does it once I build full boost. Im guessing the WG is hitting the 8 psi and opening . is this correct?? I see the boost gauge hitting 8 or so then a loud pop and its down to 5 comes back up and pops again.
Is this "hard" on the turbo or any other parts. It dosent sound good that for sure but I have no clue if it hurts anything..
car is a 89 5.0L mustang with a 62-1. The 2 step is set at only 3000 rpm.
