Turbonetics Inc. announced today that it has been acquired by Edgewater Capital Partners to become the group?s cornerstone company in the automotive aftermarket. The purchase agreement was formalized and signed on December 13th, 2006, with the final transaction taking place the morning of Monday January 8th.
