If that is actually a Turbonetics turbo I would be surprised. The compressor backplate, bearing section, and turbine housing look nothing lile any Turbonetics turbo I have ever seen. It looks like a T3 of some sort. Those aren't Turbonetics part numbers either.

It may be a Turbonetics compressor cover but that is likely the only Turbonetics part on it.

Thanks again, i decided not to purchase that one, i got a real turbonetics instead, it's a t3/t4 50 trim, i am trying to figure out the exact specs on it now ,lol. I'm glad i posted hear, i almost bought that thing....

MY new Turbo has a SERIEL # T- 16638, i actually already purchased this one, it has the gold backing plate, .63 a/r turbine housing. Oil cooled only. I was told it is a 50 trim, it has a 3" inlet and a 2" outlet. Is there any other info you could give me from the seriel #. Thanks!!!

Unfortunately that serial number is too old to be in the build computer so I won't be able to pull any data on it. I can tell the gold backplate indicates its a big shaft unit which is a good thinig.
