I would check your fuel pressure and run a system test on the injectors too. Did you see this on a dyno or an in car wideband. Could be the wideband isn't configured or calibrated correctly.

i saw this on a aem wideband configured to po i even tried a smaller wastegate spring i didnt help in the kit they tell u to t into the vacum line for the fuel pressure reg for the bov could this t be the problem ? and is there an easy way to run a system test on the injectors. do you think it would be cause by the tune not being properly downloaded ?

No that line routing is not an issue. Typically you can test the injectors using Ford's OBD2 unit. If the tune wasn't downloaded correctly it absolutely could cause this issue. You might also want to verify your AFR on a dyno before driving around too much.

Sounds like a good plan. The only reason I recommend running on a dyno before running on the street is that it's easy to watch the AFR and boost pressure on the dyno and shut things done really quickly if something doesn't like right. Good luck with everything and let us know if there is anything going on that shouldn't be.
