Default Turbine Wheel on a T76

I bought a T76 GTQ back in 2006 and I can only manage 700hp on my Ford Lightning with 18-20psi. I was wondering if I could change the wheel (Q) to somehting else to make more power? Or should I go with a bigger frame turbo?
I can't find anyting on the website that says I can switch it out or how much. I may just go with a bullseyse s380 instead. I just don't know.

The Q trim was quickly end of lifed and rolled to the S trim (now F1-6 turbine wheel. The newer F1-68/S trim is a dramatically improved turbine wheel design with a 10 blade tall tip height Iconel wheel. There is an upgrade process if you are interested in doing that.

Would the wheel change be worth the cost versus selling my whole turbo and buying a s380 or a HP80/47?

I won't begin to pretend I know anything about a Borg Warner unit as I've never used one or done much research on them. The wheel change will always be cheaper than a whole new turbo and generally speaking an HP76 compressor with and S trim turbine wheel is more than capable of 1000 WHP.
