Turbo recomendation
going to try and keep this short so if i leave out info you need just ask...so here goes
632 cubic inches
18* Dart big chief heads (flow 500cfm @.900 lift @28"water)
compression ratio undecided/ depend on what you recomend for turbos
motor to be EFI on methanol
chassis is 25.1 E cert turbe chassis (4 link double frame rail) Large tire car
trans Bruno converter drive with 3 speed cs1 lenco, gear ratio's variable
Total weight: can go as light as 2200 lbs with driver.
Goal: to be able to qualify for any Top Sportsman field also wish to run local Quick 8/ Quick 16 races
would like to tune the car to run from 6.30's to 6.80's depending on event, track, type of race etc.
Horsepower required: would like to see tunability from 2000 to 2500 with as low a boost pressure as possible emphasis on flow......should not have trouble spooling up turbos with this size motor

It could be made to work depending on your needs. Just off the top of my head the Super Thumpers come to mind:
Super Thumper Turbos | www.TurboneticsInc.com - Boosting Since 1978 | turbochargers, intercoolers, wastegates, blow-off valves, controls, boosting systems, turbo kits, forced induction parts & accessories
I'm checking on the TNX122 right now with the sales manager:
TNX Turbochargers | www.TurboneticsInc.com - Boosting Since 1978 | turbochargers, intercoolers, wastegates, blow-off valves, controls, boosting systems, turbo kits, forced induction parts & accessories
It really depends on what your needs are for the car. If twins is a requirement we can work something into that. If single is where you want to go we can work with that as well.

I am not really limited by rules.......I looked at the 122 but from what Ive heard about prices I think twin 91'S ? would be cheaper......budget not unlimited......
looking for a setup that will be fairly low maint....lol....I know .......
This combo has been 1800 hp on three nitrous kits and was looking to make a change into something not as labor intensive at the track......not an "all out" effort ......I would think 20psig boost would get me in the 2000 horse level would like to be able to tune it to 2500 with out maxing out the turbo rpm.....don't mind if its a little soft as long as its consistent (at the lower power tune)
The previouls long block combo went across the line at 9200 rpm and was alittle hard on valve train parts...
I guess what Im looking for from you is help on a compromise between power and parts life.....with a good balance between flow and backpressure.

It might be yes. Our sales team would be very capable of taking your exact requirements and coming up with the right turbo for your application. You can reach sales at 805-581-0333
