Readings from my scan gauge are, LTF 10, STF 0, IGN 12, AFR 14.65, closed loop, and TFC 0.24. Plus I might be going crazy but I sware it gets worse when I turn my lights off.

What's the refresh rate on the Scan Gauge? I'm just wondering if you are seeing and rapid spikes up or down in the AFR. Like I said before typically when I see stumbling like this is because the ECU is struggling to keep the car at 14.7:1 AFR at idle so it either pulls or adds timing in huge chunks causing the motor to stumble for a second.

So is this not an issue then? It goes away as soon as I give it any gas, but is annoying now that I have 3" exhasut w/o cats. Could this be causing my original complaint about the engine cut at a slow cruise? I can imagine that these issues can be tuned out but am surprised the unichip wasn't factory tuned better for your kit.

It's not an issue really other than the fact it's annoying. The issue is really the Unichip. Because it's trying to apply the tuning as an intercept of the factory ECU signals with corrections at specific load points my personal theory is that it just depends on the dynamics of the car and area. I've seen a Unichip be butter smooth with the factory tune and I've seen what's going on with your car on two identical set ups side by side to each other. A decent Unichip tuner might be able to tweak the program a bit to tune some of that out.
