Default trying to figure out what turbo this is

the number on the bottom is T-14673 I can't see any other numbers on it since it is installed. I am trying to find out since the turbo needs a rebuild it is blowing oil out the front housing and there is shaft play. My rx-7 smokes because its a rotary but this thing is smoking bad. I believe its a T04E with a T4 flange and 3" v-band on the exhaust side.

That serial number is too old to be in the build computer. I would need the wheel measurements to tell you what it is.
