turbo help
can anyone let me kno exactly what kind of turbo this is..specs etc.
compressor housing --20203 .... the letters iv or N was also etched on there. does tht mean anything?
the exhaust housing has the numbers ---21578-54
also had the numbers f1-54..
ive done some research and found out some info..
---t3/t4 t04b,.48 ehaust housing,newer turbine wheel f1-54, v trim.
but can someone really give me the specs of this turbo?
trim size in mm? or is it just called a v trim?
and wut stage is this turbo. (f1-54= stage 2?)

The compressor is a T04B Super V and the turbine is a F1-54 turbine wheel with a .48 A/R housing. The compressor inducer is 2.180 inches with a 3" major. The turbine wheel has a 54 mm (2.126) exducer with a 2.555 major diameter. The turbine is about equivalent to a T3 Stage 2 but is the newer F1 series wheel. The compressor map for the T04B Super V is below:
Peak power is about 500 CHP of air

thanks. i appreciate the info.
in your opinion... wut is this turbo equivalent to? .57 or .50?
this turbo will be used on a street car.daily driver.

It's not really equivalent to either of those. Those are T04E compressors. This is a T04B compressor. They are two different designs in the same family size this turbo is perfectly acceptable on a street car. It was used on a lot of Honda turbo kits years ago
