I'm not aware of and not seeing any 2.75" major compressors. I'm not sure what you have there. Can you post some pictures?

That looks like a Turbonetics compressor and turbine housing but the CHRA and backplate don't look like Turbonetics units. If they are they are extremely old and it's likely that compressor wheel was discontinued long ago. I've looked through the oldest list of turbo sizes I have and I don't see anything with a 2.75" major diameter.

Default turbo

exhaust wheel 2.00 minor 2.90 major. the major on the comp may have been a little closer to 2.91 if that qualifies for 3.00 doesn't look like the wheel has come in contact with the housing. there is no shaft play I didn't know if the smaller comp.wheel would offset the .82 exhaust and spool quickly or have lag i have a te44 i am running now but has a lot of side to side shaft play and a rebuilt kit will not correct the problem (center housing wore) So i'm trying to get a idea of hp that i might get.fall test and tune starts and I don't want to put it on and embarrass myself lol

Well, here are the current Grand National turbos available. It's possible this is an older model that I just don't have measurements for anymore but i have some pretty old catalogs and I'm just not seeing anything that matches up well. The closest thing I can find would be the T04B Super H compressor which would line up with the Cheetah 3. Measurements for that compressor should be:
Inducer Major Inlet
SUPER-H 20288T 2.298 3.000 2.75'' 20192 3.0'' 20192-3
