First thing we would need to determine is how much power you currently make and how much you are looking to make.

So based on your cars current numbers and your knowledge of the chassis, gearings, trans, etc, how much more than 491 do you think you need to accomplish that goal?

well there are so many variables in the mix, such as engine cubic inch, turbo size, primary exhaust size, cam lobe center, heads, fuelinjection or blow thru carb, chargeair cooler, transmision, converter, gear ratio, vrt turbo, liquid cooled turbo. where do begin? to answer your question about 300 more hp?

For 300 more HP you are looking to need about 850-900 CHP of air factoring in drivetrain loss. I would probably look at a single 76mm turbo like the GT-K 1000 or a standard T76 with an F1-68 turbine wheel. That turbo is good for about 1000 CHP of air and should easily get you there. If you want to run twin turbos a pair of GT-K 650s or standard T66 turbos with either F1-65 turbines with a larger A/R or F1-68 turbines with a smaller A/R would do it.
