Well I'm not sure what you currently have done to the car. For a turbo system obviously you need a manifold to bolt up to the T3 turbine inlet as well as a downpipe to mate up to the turbine discharge. You'll likely need a new compressor inlet pipe and filter and some piping to route the compressor outlet to the intercooler if you are running one. Your post is a little broad. Can you provide some more detail on what your set up will be?

I don't see why you couldn't. For starters you are going to need someone to fab up all the piping to get the turbocharger in. I would recommend an intercooler as well. You'll need an exhaust manifold to replace the one on the SR motor in the car now with one equipped with a turbine flange. And of course you'll need to look at injectors, tuning, etc. It's all certainly doable for that price range. Where are you located?
