I have a T-66 and deltagate. I have a hallman pro series boost controller. WIth no boost controller, just on the wastegate it will go to about 9#'s. When I have the boost controller hooked up and fully closed (so it should still be 9#'s), it will got to 18-20 and I have to let off the gas.
I have the boost source from the turbo and it is T'd to the source port of the controller and the side port on the deltagate. The other port on the controller is going to the top port on the deltagate. Hallman says to leave the top port on the gate open to vent, I tried that and only got like 6#'s..
Any ideas?
thanks in advance.

Based on the symptoms either the boost controller isn't hooked up right or the valve is full open. What you are seeing would be what I would expect if you plumbed the compressor outlet directly into the top port of the wastegate.
