Default Which turbo for Diesel application

I have a 4.3L 6 cylinder Diesel 4x4. Engine redlines at close to 4000rpm but usable range ends at about 3200. Peak engine torque (non turbo), is at 2100. Usual driving range is 1700 to 2400. With turbos these engines get about 200hp. I would expect to run around 10 to 12 psi boost.
Highway cruising engine sits on about 2450 rpms.

I need the turbo to start building boost at around 1700 reaching full boost at about 2000rpms. Internal wastegate. Non water cooled. Plain old Bearing journals would be fine.

Please give a recommendation of turbo for this application.

Best bet for this application would be contact the sales team as there's a number of different choices available and the sales team can custom match a unit to your needs. 805-581-0333
