Default newbie here...help identify my turbo please?

i know little to nothing about turbos....i have a turbonetics turbo and i would like to know what exactly it is.
the only numbers i can find are....407754.....V8 96...... and M9. any help would be great! thanks in advance!

None of those numbers look like a typical serial number. Do you have any pictures of the unit

That is a pretty old unit. Unfortunately even if you could find a serial number I doubt I would find it in the build computer. Could you measure the wheels as indicated in the below thread so we can try to figure out what unit it is?

im not exactly sure if im measuring the right things but...i measured the compressor as 2 3/4" and what is the turbine wheel (i think) as 2 1/2". seems to me to be a pretty small turbo, came off of a built lt4 corvette motor.

Are you using the above link to a post to measure this? 2.75" is a pretty darn big compressor. Or did you just measure the inlet?

i probably just measured the inlet. i'll try to get some more measurements.
