Replacing the ceramic ball bearing requires the unit to be rebalanced on a VSR which is not typically available outside of Turbonetics. I would contact the Service team at 805-581-0333 and they can work up an estimate for you.

Turbonetics does a VSR balancing on every turbo it builds. Because most people don't have a VSR to balance a ceramic ball bearing rebuild I don't know the part number you could order. You'd need to contact the service team to get the part ordered
