turbo t-24456

ok so i have this turbo on my car and im trying to figure out if its right for my setup or do i need to go bigger.i hear some people say its good for 700hp other people say 950+

351w with victor jr heads, super victor intake,elbow,fF303 cam with 1.72 rockers with is now a 550 lift.my goal it to make 650+ at the wheels threw a art carr c4 will this turbo do it or is it to small.i was thinking of running 16psi

i just want to make sure i wont run into any back pressure issue.the exhaust is just the down pipe and stop by the passenger floor board.

That's a T76 with an S Trim turbine in a .96 A/R housing. You should be fine for 1000 HP
