Default T-29124

Hi Support!

Please help me identifying my turbo. It is smoking when cold and i need to get a rebuild kit - wondering
which to get? Any normal Garrett rebuild kit? Or a "big shaft" kit?. Please see also
the attached pictures.

I hope I read the number right since currently I do not have access to the turbo and i tried to
identify it by the pictures.

Also i would like to know - where can i get genuine repair kits in Europe?
Or do i have to order from over-seas?

best regards and thank you in advance!

That would be a
TURBO, T3_T4E-50-54-STD0_48

T04E 50 trim with an F1-54 T3 turbine wheel. .48 A/R housing. It is indeed a big shaft unit

I'm not sure what dealers in Germany might have one but you could order one from the Turbonetics store:

uhm, well, besides that 162US$ for those parts is not cheap - i am willing to pay this.

but seriously, 55-68US$ shipping for something that may even fit in a letter envelope is a bit high.

do you offer any other alternatives shipping wise? i could easily wait for those parts a bit longer,
i do not need them tomorrow already

You can contact the Sales team and see if there is another shipping option but I checked the weight on the store (weight is used to quote shipping) and its set to 1 LB so I don't know if there is anything cheaper
