Default Scion tC: Going from TRD S/C to T-netics

Thanks for the help with my other topic on my friends car, but I have a few question for my car since I want to swap my TRD s/c for a turbo kit. The biggest question is whether or not I can use my reflashed ECU with the Unichip or if I have to order a new ECU with the stock programming. I really don't want to mess up my car running less fuel than what the turbo kit need to hold back betonation. The S/C setup runs pretty lean as compaired with other F/I setups, at least from what I've read with people trying tune with unichips.

You should actually run more rich if you add the Unichip as I think TRD relfashed the ECU to run more fuel. But then again I have no idea. I would flash it back to stock before installing the turbo kit.

To answer all the questions asked:
1. Yes I did have the TRD supercharger
2. I blew up the first motor running 12psi and a unflashed ECU with a unichip tuned for 93 octane gas. I went to a full service gastation , that filled my car up with 87 octane gas. I didn't know till it was too late. That's what killed that motor and I was pissed. I should have known better than to not pump my own gas, because these pump guys don't listen at all. My fault.
3. I went with the Turbonetics kit because I had went as far as I could go with the supercharger
4. Yes I have 2 motors and 2 trannies for the TC. One is built and one is stock. The stock one is going back in soon because I decided to get a REAL car :P
5. I sold the supercharger setup to a friend and he is more than happy with the power he's got.
