code p0507 can i adjust a duo-35 bov?

I have a new turbo install and i am getting a high air code at very low boost p0507. sometimes just sitting and idling?
I have the duo-35 installed now. can you adjust this to open a little earlier? and if so how do i do that. The bov releases fine at all other times
