Default Rebuild necessary after seal leakage?

I had a PCV "malfunction" and had lots of crankcase pressure for about 10 minutes, just idling and neutral revving. I ended up with not only a blown camshaft seal but the turbo charger spewed oil into the charge piping and exhaust.

It's a Turbonetics BB T3/T04E.

Do I need to have the turbo rebuilt? I figure once I get the front seals replaced on the engine I will start it and see what happens. So, I guess my question is: Should I ship it off now?

Not necessarily. If you have corrected the crank case over pressure its likely the turbo will no longer push oil past the bearing rings now.
