Default 350z 5AT with crawford headers!!

Please any help with info. Getting the TN installed today and installer called and said that the piping would not clear the crawford header. Does anyone know if there is a modication with using the crawford headers or how can I resolve this situation. I pick this kit because I did not want to loose the headersand read on a forum that the piping would fit but was very tight. I was wanting my car back by thursday so please reply!!! Thanks!!!

The only solution I have seen is to bang in the downpipe a little where its going to make contact with the header. It should only be in one spot.

Had the down pipe modified at the muffler shop! I was extended one inch on the bottom end just before the turn down then modified slightly before the flange to connect to the turbo. After sealing the exhaust leaks I have a weird tone at part throttle that sounds like a UPS truck. Could just be the way this turbo sounds but its a night and day difference from my NA setup.

Can you describe the sound a little more?
