I would double check and make sure the return line is routed properlly. If it is call Customer Support at 805-581-0333 and let them know whats going on and they can get your turbo repaired under warranty..

check ders no kink in ur oil line or return feed from turbo to block!!
check ur head is breathing properly that no pipes are block
which would smother the head and u would get smoke billowing out the exhaust!!
a bit of troobleshooting b4 u go running back 2 the turbo manufacturer

You'll prolly have to mail them your turbo and they should mail you out a new one right away.
Ive delt with this problem twice. Once on my car and once on my brother car.
Hey Robert, It seems alot of turbonetics turbos are having this problem lately. Is it something we are all doing wrong? Ive put about 3,000 miles on my new turbo with zero problem so far but I'd hate to have this happen again cause its a pain in the rear.

They take care of you fast. You just have to mail them your old tubo and then they will send you out a new one. Call them up for details.

Believe it or not your other thread kinda answered what they think is happening. FYI Turbonetics is switching to water cooled bearing housings on the Tc and Spec V kits...

Really? hmmm. Well will they at least offer this upgrade to us who have delt with these problems? I can imagine that the running temp of the bearing housing would drop a ton. Which in turn would be alot better for the bearing.
