Can one clock the turbine housing like the compressor one
My unit comes with the oil drain flange facing the head instead of downward...where the 5/8" oil hose is connected to the fitting from the upper oil pan.
The 5/8" oil hose will not clear the exhaust manifold in this orientation
Please help.

Yes you can reclock the turbine housing... loosen the bolts going into it that are mounted into a brass ring type thing on the turbine housing and it should move for you. Remember loosen but don't remove..

Do you mean to loosen the bolts as in the attached picture? Does the whole thing turn?

Yes if you loosen all of the bolts you were pointing to in the picture the entire turbine housing will rotate...
