Default Codes and Idel issues suggestions..

Hey Shep, How are you? I was in the forums and stumbled across your concern. I own a 04 G35 and had the same issues with out moving any sensors. I to turned to Turbonetics with no concrete answer. I have since resolved the issue by purchasing two products. One was the AAM Fuel Rail Return System and The HKS Twin power ignition. This will resolve your idel and any AFR issues. You can get them at Altered Atmosphere.com Also I have heard that the pluem spacers have blown some engines. Remeber the VQ's are not boost freindly...Take it easy.. Im runing 12psi no problems..Well now i did blow the engine only three days after the turbo kit install. $15,000 later im all good. Don't let what happen to me happen to you. Go with your instinct. Your probably correct!

P0300 - random multiple misfire even as a staff member I get it all the time. After a few days the ECU is reading everything ok and the light goes off. The Z is always throwing that damn code no matter what we try. I have a bad case of it however some Z's are more subject to the check engine than others. I would not worry about the p0300 code as it is a common occurence.

What's up, I am actually having the same problems, the only concern I have is that when I try and get my inspection sticker, how much of a problem will the SES light cause for getting inspected?

You should be able to reset the ECU just prior to inspection if they say anything about it and get it to clear.
