Default 02 spec v IC piping

Just put the finishing touches on my 2002 spec v kit. We went to put the bumper on and realized that the fog light housing gets in the way of the IC piping on the driver side. It doesn't say in the manual, but am I suppose to cut the housing and remove the fog light? any help is appreciated.

Yes on the 02-03 you need to at the least trim the foglight housings.

No that can actually be fixed by bending the hood prop. I believe there is a post about this on here. I think it was from VLuu.
