Water cooled?
Hey, I just received my turbo back from TN for an '03 spec v after sending it in for a rebuild. How can I tell if it's supposed to be water cooled? I didn't really inspect it b/c I ran out the door right after I took it out the box...but there were not other fittings in the box.
