Yesterday I began to inventory my Spec V kit and found that some of the pipes are very dirty on the inside. I realize that this isn't a good picture.....




I ran my finger on the inside of the pipe and found a lot of filth and a few metal shavings. No big deal, I just need to know what is the best way for me to clean these pipes out?

You can flush them out with a hose or a tub of hot soapy water. Just make sure they are completely dry when you are done... although to be honest all that stuff is going to get blown out the exhaust when the car starts.
