Default Turbo upgrade

I have the 2005 tC kit. How much would it cost to send in my turbo to have it rebuilt as well as the water cooling kit added? It is out of warranty.

Rebuilds usually start at $250 and go up depending on what you need done. What exactly are you looking to add/change besides the water cooled bearing.

Seems the seals are starting to go out. I'm getting a little smoke out the tail pipe. I want to know how much it would cost to convert my turbo to a water cooled turbo. I would like to send in the turbo and have turbonetics rebuild it and send it back with all the necessary hardware to make it water cooled. I'm hoping this will prevent me from having to get it rebuilt every 5000 miles. Is there a water cooling kit? How much is it?

In short there is a water cooling kit. I believe its $150 for the kit. Give Ed or Steve a call at 805-581-0333 and they should be able to help you out with the rebuild stuff.
