I will probably get flamed on this post.
I hate to say this, i think you are going about this the wrong way.
i see you have all your parts to slap together, how did you come buy to decide on the spec on the parts you decided to buy?
I would imagine at end of the day, you will probably change your turbo config a dew times until you get to something you are happy with.
Points to look at that many people overlook and end up with engine failure.
Ring sizing
Ring Gaps
Dynamic Comp Ratio ( some maths involved here)
Exhaust gas pressure between head and turbo and how its relates to boost pressure.
EGT's
I have ended up with a 1.06 AR hot side, upsized rings over crap that came with pistons, also used custom made pistons with no Gas relief between landingg 1 and 2, as there is not enough space in audi/vw pistons to run it. Have gone to very large rings gaps as you must remember 150HP+ per pot is a lot of pressure and heat.
My daily driver is audi A4 1.8TQ
weighs 3650lbs without driver
ran easy 11.7 @ 131mph with a very soft launch
and is reliable.
i am about to build a vw vr6 engine , aiming for close to 1000hp on alc.
