Default Best points {methods} to reference at ???

I am installing a T-76 .96AR Q trim turbo on an alcohol fueled Chevy 406 Cu inch V8 Dragster (rail) (Blow Thru carb) . Also using a Racegate and Godzilla. (I have a manual boost control (25psi) and intend to run about 15-18 psi.
My Question : Where are the best points {or best method} to reference the Racegate to boost at - and also to reference the Godzilla at ?? (Below carb in intake manifold ??) And best place to tie in the Boost gauge at.

I have just gotten the exhaust built and ready to do the pressure side to the carb - but have seen different theories on where to run the reference air lines to/from and wanted to get "the truth" on where and best way to do these soft refernce lines..
THANK YOU ... Kevin Berry

the wastegate I would personally source the boost pressure directly from the compressor housing. At worst you should see no more then 1-1.5 PSI pressure drop across your intercooler core and charge piping. The Godzilla should have its boost signal sourced at the intake manifold after the throttle body.

Default Manual boost control Question

How far away from the wastegate is a reasonable distance to place a manual boost control -- and still expect proper operation?? As small as the lines are -- it looks like the system would start to lose it's flow fairly quickly.. In my application -- running an air line to the dash - and then back looks to be several feet of tubing, and wasn't sure what kind of problems could arise when the maunal control was so remote..

Thank You !!

I would avoid going through the firewall. If you want in cabin boost adjustment your best bet would be to run an electronic boost controller.
