do these turbos use the same flange patterns

exit flange?
The GT-K 450 uses a T3 4bolt inlet and a 4 bolt discharge.

you got a total price including shipping and import tax to the UK?
or can you put lower insurance value?

If you are looking for a price shipped I would contact one of the vendors whose banner is at the top of the forum and they can get you set up.

Thank you.

When reffering to uprated internals do you mean pistons, crankshaft etc.?

Anyhow:

Pistons: Forged W?ssner (will change to JE), stock is able to hold 465bhp safe, but I'm an even safer guy so stock pistons was not an option.

Crankshaft: Stock will hold 800bhp+

Con rods: Stock holds about 600bhp, but I'll change them this winter to rev some more. The ones I have now is balanced and weighed within +-1gram

The Saab engines are more or less bulletproof originals (Saabs between 1994-1998 and some 1998-2000) and can take 465bhp w/o opening the engine at all! But as I'm not the guy compromising.

As most seem to go for dynamic dyno here are the results of the dynamic run:

505hk@6130rpm
570Nm@5003rpm

I'll post some updates on what I'll do with the engine during winter later this day.

In short:

JE Pistons instead of W?ssner (JE has better designed pistons + coating)
Re-surface the cylinder head
E85 fuel instead of regular pump gas
New intake manifold, (own design or Saab 2.3i stock intake), longer runners gives more low-and-midrange power.
Forged conrods
Lighter flywheel to compensate for the big brakes and rims.

Gary GT: Regarding your knock problems, what comp. ratio do you have?

An extra note: Its my birthday today (13:th November), guess how old I am

So what unit did you go for, and what car ? Any times yet ?

Hopefully we should have a nippy Starlet on the go next year. A friend doing a long term project on one at the minute.
We did do a little work on a few before, but as always owners dont want to spend any money on them.
One guy manage something like 13.8 at 113mph at Bishopscourt early this year.
Melted a piston at the 2nd event though...He was warned it was a ticking time bomb. You cant tune cars for free !!!
