02 Spec V Help!
Okay - I'm running a full turbonetics kit on my 2002 Spec V. I'm having a few problems.
I seem to be running pig rich while under boost. My car bogs down and my wideband reads in the 8-9 range at about 75% throttle. Once the car gets to about 5 psi it falls on its face.
Have there been any problems with other Spec V's running extremely rich with the flash? I found a boost leak in one of my couplers and fixed that but the car still runs exactly the same.
Also - my oil psi gauge is reading 100 at startup and eventually falls to about 80-90 after driving for a while and does not fluctuate under throttle at all. However, once I shift the car into neutral, the pressure drops to around 10 and fluctuates with throttle like it should. I think that the problem is the gauge but if I were actually at 100 psi - would I notice anything as far as how the turbo or car performs?
Thanks for all of the help!

What is your vacuum reading at idle?

If it's a steady 20 at idle then it doesn't sound like a vacuum leak. It could still be a boost leak somewhere on the cold side but if you are getting up to 8-9 psi at the same rpm or close to it I don't think it's that either. What's your fuel pressure looking like? Did you just install the kit? It could be a maf issue. When did this start?

I'm really not getting anywhere near full boost. As soon as I lay on the throttle pretty heavily my car bogs. I'm not sure what my fuel pressure is like but I would think that it's fine since I'm getting plenty of fuel. I also know it's not a MAF issue since I literally just installed a new MAF to try and fix the problem.

If the car is running that pig rich there are only a few things it could be. If the maf is seeing air correctly and applying the right amount of fuel for the boost the engine is supposed to see but the boost is not getting there due to a boost leak it would explain why you are running so pig rich. The other options besides maf are injector or injectors being stuck wide open, fuel pressure too high, or fouled plugs although the last one shouldn't cause that much of an issue. When did this start? When did you install the kit?

I just installed the kit a few days ago. It's been like this since I first took it out for a test drive.
I performed a boost leak test and could not find any major leaks. I found one near the intercooler but I fixed it and the car still bogs.
If an injector was stuck open, would I not be rich at idle or partial throttle? My AFR's are fine at idle and partial throttle.
As for my plugs - I pulled them and there is a black sooty ring around the bottom thread of the plugs. The center electrode looks fine and has a white tint to it.

The injector could be getting stuck full open at higher duty cycles but not at idle or part throttle. If it's not an injector the only thing left is fuel pressure.

Well - I guess the easiest thing to check would be fuel pressure. I'll try and figure that out tomorrow.

Fuel pressure is fine. I performed another leak test and found one tiny leak. Fixed that and gapped my plugs to .30. The car seemed to hold boost a little better for a few pulls but then started bogging/hesitating again.
I'm stumped...
How would my car run if I convert back to stock and have the flash?
