It is not a generic SCT tune. The tune was created in house on Turbonetics load based dyno by the head of R&D on the test Mustang. That is the tune that will be shipped with every kit.

Good stuff

Yes sir. And please don't take my post as a knock to your friend/tuner. I was just sharing how the flash was created. i have no doubt your friend/tuner is top notch. Just wanted to make sure you knew that it wasn't some generic flash. The tune was in fact created after several days on Turbonetics in house load based dyno and is set up to be very conservative while still giving outstanding performance.

No hard feelings just saw it as a shot to plug my buddy

Just because I had not updated this, I have this kit installed on my 2007 Mustang GT Automatic - yes the auto even thought it took a bit of custom work to get it there.
I have over 10K miles on the car now and the kit continues to run strong.

At the moment the car is running 8psi and we are making just over 450rwhp and 450rwtrq. The car has more potential but the design of the kit leaves the Y pipe under the transmission pan and the exhaust runs down on the sides of the transmission so we are working on ways to insure the transmission dose not overheat. Currently we are installing a larger trans cooler (more than 2xs the stock size) with 2 custom mounted electric fans and a custom fabbed thermostat housing for a 195 thermostat to control when those fans come on.
We had no issues over the winter with the car however with it getting warmer we are seeing the trans run hotter in stop and go traffic. Other than this there are no issues.
When installing the kit we did have to change the piping and wiring a bit to accommodate the transmission and some of the extra lines run to that effect but it was only an extra 2 - 3 hours of labor.
After finishing the trans cooler we will run it a bit like that, then we plan to install the stroker kit on the car and beef up the trans even more so that we can see just what exactly this kit is capable of.
Ultimately we plan to upgrade the turbo to gain even more power, and since we have a nitrous kit for the car already it may be used as a spool up kit for the larger turbo.
The car has also (with the system in the trunk which is 3 12" Kicker Comp VX subs and 4000 watts in amps with a fiberglass box) run the 1/4 mile in 12.4 with a 2.79 60' and a mph of 158.

That kit looks awesome. Definetly some great gains there. Can't wait to see what you do with the 4.0 V6 model. I know i'm already considering one just by seeing this.
