Difference between 350Z kit and G35 kit?

Hi everyone,
Ok well I purchased a kit for my 05 350z about 7 months ago and well in a bad storm on the interstate hydroplaned and totaled it. My question for the one?s who know is: I?m thinking of getting an 05 or 06 G35 and want to know what exactly is the difference in the 2 kits and if I strip the Z of the kit what will I need to purchase to put the kit on a G35? Also what would the approx cost of the parts to modify the kit?

In addition to a different ECU flash the G35 kit has intercooler fans and a fan controller as well as a different compressor inlet pipe.

Thanks for the info Robert. Ok so for the most part all the piping is the same other than the inlet pipe? Now is it the same intercooler just with 2 fans and a controller? The ECU reflash isn't a big deal. I just want to be sure that for the most the kit is the same and I can swap it over easily.
