Great thanks, so if I keep the box incase I need to ship it back with the original paperwork that came with the turbo should be enough?

I mean I would make every effort to keep the serial sticker on but if it does come off as long as you have the recepit or sales invoice with the unit and the box I'm sure they can establish the authenticity.

what kind of power can you make with the .68 a/r before needing to go with a larger housing?

That will all depend on how much air is getting flowed. There's no set number for that A/R but I'm sure the LS1 guys have established something solid by now.

not really, they all run the .96 housing, I wanted better street manners. They aren't maxing out the turbo until 800-900hp with the .96

Well if you are looking for a lower power range I think you'll be fine with the smaller A/R and it will keep your spool up time lower.
