Turbo ID

I have a part number 30431 E-57 which is located on the back of the compressor housing. I was told it was a hybrid turbo and was a t3/04. Anymore info on this turbo or maybe even exactly what it is would be great. Thanks

30431 Comp. Housing, T04E-57, 3" is what I have found so far, any info?
