Help me pick a turbo

I need a new turbo for my mustang. I have On3 turbo piping with a T4 flange single turbo setup, 3.5" Downpipe with 3" vband at the turbo. Engine:

Forged 383CI 8.6:1 CR
Trickflow heads
E303 Cam

The cheap turbo blew up @ 430 miles. I am looking to get a quality turbo this time that can handle 12-16 PSI on this setup. I like the price of the Hurricane series and would like to know if anyone has used it in a close application or could steer me to a Turbonetics product that would work.
