Default GTK650vs T66

Hello,I`m having a 2,5L 4 cylinder 8 valve Volvo engine using a T61BB P-Trim,1.00A/R.The 61 turbocharger works Perfect but now i`m gonna upgrade,and i am thinking of the GTK650 or the T66BB.
Does i need a 1,00 house on the 66 turbo too?
Do the GTK come with the T4 divided??

Greetings J?rn,Norway.

The GT-K at this time is not offered with a divided turine housing. For the A/R you should be fine sticking with the same A/R and turbine section. The GT-K 650 uses a HP66 compressor and F1 P trim turbine. The F1 P trim is a 10 blade unit that flows better and should give you the same or etter spool up with the 66 millimeter compressor wheel then you already get with the T61.

Hi Robert,

im also hesitating these two chargers,my application is a 2.2l (later upgraded to 2.6l) Audi 20VT.
Could you please explain why would a bigger P trim turbine (64,5mm diam.) spool faster then a smaller Stage V turbine (61,9mm diam) ? Also mated with a bigger compressor wheel (T61 vs T66),i would expect a bit more lag.If thats true,i also should go with the T66...

Is it possible to order the GT-K series chargers with other than the "standard" trims? Is it possible to fit GT-K comp covers to HP wheeled chargers? On the turbonetics site there is also a "HP64" turbo mentioned, any measurements of this?
