The WAVE technology is the ultimate combination of strength and efficacy in heat exchanger cores. Conventional intercooler cores have thin-walled, extruded aluminum tubes that are not designed to handle extreme boost pressure. In-house testing of the Spearco Evolution X intercooler upgrade has shown 50% less pressure drop with 9% higher thermal effectiveness; compared to the OEM unit.
